The Process
Embarking on the journey to design your new home is a collaborative process that begins with a personalized consultation.
During our initial discussion, we'll gain deeper insights into your specific needs, understanding your preferences and past experiences with homes. With this information, we'll begin the design process for your new home.
You'll receive an initial floor plan via email, providing an opportunity to review and ensure we are heading in the right direction.
Upon approval of the floor plan, we'll progress to creating elevations & granting you the first glimpse of your new home in 3D.
Finally, we'll work closely to confirm that every detail aligns with your desires, fits seamlessly on your chosen lot, and remains within your budget.
